Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SISSONGO INC. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Agentic Sissongo platform and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Service Description

SISSONGO INC. provides an AI-powered regional intelligence platform that:

  • Generates automated intelligence briefings using artificial intelligence
  • Analyzes publicly available information from multiple data sources
  • Provides workflow automation for intelligence analysis
  • Delivers content via email, SMS, push notifications, and web dashboard

AI System Disclosure & Limitations

IMPORTANT: Our Service uses artificial intelligence systems. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
  • Our AI systems analyze publicly available information and do not have access to classified or proprietary data
  • AI outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for critical decisions
  • Human review and verification of AI-generated content is recommended
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated intelligence
  • Our AI systems are subject to the EU AI Act requirements for transparency and human oversight

User Obligations

You Agree To:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Report security vulnerabilities responsibly

You Agree Not To:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our systems
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Share account access with unauthorized parties
  • Use outputs to harm individuals or groups

Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by SISSONGO INC. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

AI Outputs: Intelligence briefings and other AI-generated content are licensed to you for your internal business use during your subscription period.

Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SISSONGO INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SISSONGO INC., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

For Users in the United States:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.

For Users in the European Union:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the user's country of residence. Users may bring claims in their local courts. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

For Users in the United Kingdom:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or your local courts if you are a consumer.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the Service will cease immediately
  • We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
  • You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
